How long will it take to get my order?
While we try to get orders out as fast as possible, it may takes us up to 5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, you may select a faster shipping option at checkout.
I need to cancel or change my order.
If you selected the wrong item or simply need to cancel your order, please email our support team and we will be more than happy to assist you.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once you place your order. If there is an issue fulfilling a product in the order, we may issue a refund for those products. As always, if there is an issue with something please contact us.
Where do you ship?
Cascade Crest Tools is proud to offer shipping to many countries across the world. You can select the shipping cost and speed before you place your order. Some countries have strict customs regulations, and we cannot ship some items. Please ask us before you place your order if you believe there might be an issue. Cascade Crest Tools is not responsible for customs fees.
