THESE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CASCADE CREST TOOLS INC. THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLICABLE TO SERVICES ORDERED WITH THE CASCADE CREST TOOLS INC EITHER IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE ARE PROVIDED AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS PURCHASED AND MAY DIFFER FROM THE TERMS STATED HERE. THESE TERM AND RATES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

of the site do to unforeseen circumstance provide by our host. Site is owned and operated by Cascade Crest Tools, INC.
For online payments we accept Visa and Master Card. For offline sales we take Visa, Master Card, and Money Orders. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
You are billed once
the item has been shipped. We also reserve the right to make changes to your order in the event an item is back ordered or out of stock (see Orders & Back Orders) or the order requires international shipping (see Shipping).
For all domestic orders
between $0.00 USD to $50.00 USD will be shipped via US Priority Mail for $7.50
USD. All domestic orders over $50.00 USD will
be shipped via US Priority Mail for free. For all international orders, you
will be contacted with an estimate for freight shipping (regardless of what your shopping cart shipping say).
Orders will be saved and accessible from your Account Maintenance for 90 days from the order date. After 90 days, orders will be purged to ensure security & privacy. If you have questions about orders older than 90 days, please contact us for information. Do to unforeseen circumstance
an item may be back ordered. You will be notified and your order will be shipped
once the item is available.
Returns are typically accepted within 10 days of receiving the order. Items should be unopened. Please contact us to arrange any returns. Refunds will be applied to original form of payment or by check for payments originally made by Money Order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
